Essential for PCR and other critical applications, BioPointe Scientific®'s pipette tips protect you, your pipettor and your sample from carry-over contamination. Due to the fact that BioPointe Scientific® manufactures their own pipette tips, highest levels of quality are ensured. RNase-free, DNase-free and Nucleic Acid-free The pipette tips are made from 100% inert materials. All BioPointe products are randomly tested and certified by an independent laboratory to be free of RNase, DNase nucleic acid and pyrogens. Super Seal With its thin-wall design, the Super Seal achieves a great fit and more accurate aliquots during research. The soft, flexible material makes BioPointe pipette tips easy to insert and eject, thus reducing the risk of repetitive work disorders. Sterilization BioPointe Scientific® utilizes for their pre-sterilized pipette tips the process of electron-beam (e-beam) sterilization. This procedure delivers a precise dosage of high energy electrons that pass through the packaging and sterilize the product. In contrast to gamma sterilization, this method does not alter the color or imbrittle the plastic. Precise Pointe Technology Developed to achieve exact pipetting, all BioPointe tips feature the innovative "Precise Pointe" technology. The thin-wall design uses a minimal amount of plastic, resulting in the lowest pos- sible surface tension. With an ultra-fine tip, the Precise Pointe allows you to access the bot- tom of a vessel with accuracy and ensures total retrieval of your sample. Filtered Tips Molded with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, BioPointe filter tips are completely inert and consistent in porosity. This ensures that airflow is not impeded and samples and pipettor are protected from harmful contamination. Because BioPointe Scientific® manufactures its filters in a clean-room facility, every compo- nent is free of nucleic acid and enzymes that are detrimental to your research. All filtered tips are pre-sterilized and certified by an independent lab to be free of RNase, DNase nucleic acids and pyrogens. Bulk Packaging Finally, a bulk bag that is easy to use. All BioPointe bulk products come in a one-of-a-kind free-standing bag, made from dou- ble-thick plastic. These features prevent tips from piercing through the bag or spil- ling onto your bench top, eliminating waste and contamination. Additionally they fea- ture a slider seal, alowing you to effort- lessly open and close the bag. Reload System Minimizing waste is a growing issue in to- day's lab environment. With this in mind, BioPointe Scientific® has developed an in- novative reload system. Its design consists of inserts and tips allowing you to reuse your existing BioPointe trays. Not only does this promote environmental sustainability, it will also reduce costs and laboratory space requirements. Rack Packaging Molded from FDA approved, autoclavable materials, BioPointe fully recyclable racks are both versatile and functional. The 96- well fast-snap insert features exact hole alignment making it ideal for precise multi- channel pipetting.
